We all can get tied into our work easily and forget about our health issues and benefits. Master Wong session is just the wake up call you need to remind you why it’s important to stay healthy and in shape, not just physically but mentally too!
Maybe 1 day is not enough or you like to taste more? We can arrange a 10 hour course within your company to help you develop the skills as requested. This can be spread out to a 1-hour session a week. So there’s no excuse for not attending if you are already there!
